This 1 Liter Teflon® wash bottle is designed for safer handling of aggressive solvents strong acids organic solvents and oxidizers/peroxides. Bottle stem and draw tube are constructed of FEP with a Tefzel® ETFE screw closure EPR O-ring and a PTFE membrane that vents vapors to reduce pressure buildup inside the bottle. Easy to open and close spout adjusts stream size; when closed it minimizes dripping. Yellow polypropylene hang tags are included for color coding reagents. Write on or affix 2 x 3 inch lables to the hang tags. Bottle is transparent and fully autoclavable for sterile applications; low in extractables for high-purity use.
