Puritan Proctoscopic swabs are made with USP grade rayon fiber that is carded on-site to maintain consistency. The large rayon tip is extra-absorbent. Swabs are CE marked for medical use and are manufactured in an ISO 9001:2008 compliant factory. Also autoclavable to 250°F for sterile applications and uses. Applications include Medical / Diagnostics / Veterinary which is inclusive of OB/GYN preparation & examinations, gynecological cleaning, laboratory cell research and cell collection in veterinary applications.
