This substrate produces an insoluble end product that is blue in color and can be observed visually. To reconstitute, dissolve 1 tablet in 10mL of methanol, add 2mL of methanol stock solution to 10mL of triethanolamine buffered saline (pH 7.5), and add 5?L of fresh 30% hydrogen peroxide immediately prior to use.
