Texwipe’s Low TOC Alpha® Sampling Swabs for cleaning validation processes are made from the cleanest 100% polyester knit materials. These swabs are further cleaned using a proprietary process to make these sampling swabs suitable for use in Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analysis as part of a cleaning validation protocol. Precision-manufactured, every swab is constructed to exacting and consistent tolerances without the use of adhesives for superior performance. Lot coded for traceability and quality control.

Texwipe’s Low TOC Alpha® Sampling Swabs for cleaning validation processes are made from the cleanest 100% polyester knit materials. These swabs are further cleaned using a proprietary process to make these sampling swabs suitable for use in Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analysis as part of a cleaning validation protocol. Precision-manufactured, every swab is constructed to exacting and consistent tolerances without the use of adhesives for superior performance. Lot coded for traceability and quality control.

- Certified Low TOC level (<50ug/L, <50ppb) ensures consistency in swab background contribution.
- Notched, break-away handle allows the head to be placed into the vial with minimal handling and contamination
- Double layer of polyester knit fabric for enhanced absorbency.
- Head entraps contaminants in the knit structure during sampling and allows maximum contamination collection and release in to the diluent to provide for excellent recovery rates.
- Excellent chemical resistance for compatibility with a variety of solutions.
- 100% virgin polypropylene handle ensures no additional contaminants are introduced while offering excellent chemical resistance.
- Fully autoclavable by heat or steam processing for sterile or aseptic cleaning applications.
