This Owl® P82 Wolverine™ Dual Gel Protein Electrophoresis System is one of the easiest systems to run for rapid analysis of protein samples in a miniature polyacrylamide gel. The P82 is designed to provide flat, even banding with unmatched separation. The system can run two (W x L) 10 x 10cm gels or one single gel when used with a blocking plate. The design allows gels to easily be placed into the device using an innovative wedge design, which produces a leak resistant seal without awkward clamps or grease. The unique fabricated wedge design means no mess, no aggravation and consistent performance. Tough fabricated acrylic gives you durability that you can count on day after day. The two wedges consistently align the cassettes in the proper position. No cooling is required. This system will accommodate (L x W) 10 x 8 cm gels utilizing the provided adapter. The P82 System can be used with precast acrylamide gels or with user-poured gels. The device is manufactured using Owl’s® time tested acrylic fabrication technology. The complete P82 System includes an upper buffer chamber (UBC), a lower buffer chamber (LBC), a SuperSafe™ lid with attached power supply leads, two 1.27cm thick wedges and two 1.59cm thick wedges.
