UVP J-series UV intensity meter measures the intensity of longwave ultraviolet light with a sensor which measures from 300 to 400nm with a peak sensitivity at 365nm. For remote readings, a 4 ft. (1.2m) cord connects the sensor to the meter. An infrared filter assures accurate readings when measuring light sources producing infrared radiation. 5X attenuation screen can be used for very high intensity lamp measurements. Self-powered for maximum portability. Analog meters are designed to provide accurate, repeatable intensity readings of UV light sources. Ideal for measuring UV radiation in the aerospace, military, food, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as nondestructive testing, quality control, and sterilization processes. A certificate is provided to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology and UVP’s published standards. CE certified.
