The Wheaton LVI™ Vial autosampler vial features a sealed-in, limited-volume insert which allows more consistent sample recovery from vial to vial and reduces the possibility of autosampler needle damage. These limited volume autosampler vials are manufactured from clear borosilicate glass and feature a 9mm threaded top which accept Wheaton ABC Vial™ screw caps. Amber glass vials are ideal for light sensitive samples. A slight flare at the top of the vial insert, provides a larger needle target area. The manufacturing process precisely controls the depth and position of the insert relative to the bottom of the vial. Autosampler vials feature a white ceramic marking spot for sample identification. Convenience packs include 100 glass autosampler vials in shrink-wrapped plastic trays along with separately packaged ABC Vial™ screw caps with bonded septa. Vial Capacity: 0.3mL.
