The Wheaton Socorex Acura® single-channel fixed-volume pipettor is lightweight and features a slim ergonomic design. This air displacement pipettor includes ultra-soft plunger activation and a JusTip™ adjustable tip ejection system which allows use of most universal pipet tips. It is designed for precise, accurate pipetting of solutions, reagents, acids, serums and other liquids and for gel-sequencing applications. Separate dispensing and tip-ejection buttons can be manipulated easily with simply by depressing thumb buttons. Maximum accuracy is achieved through calibrated plunger stroke and an overshoot movement that flushes the tip empty. Positive stops differentiate dispense movement from overshoot movement.
