This ChromaDoc-It™ UV imaging system is ideal for simple, accurate and repeatable quantitative determination of TLC plates. System includes a digital color camera, a Chromato-Vue® cabinet, and image capture software for brilliant color TLC images. System connects to computer for acquisition and documentation of thin layer chromatography (TLC) images. Low profile Chromato-Vue® UV viewing cabinet includes overhead UV. The high resolution digital camera is controlled by UVP's exclusive capture software. Capture software enables live preview of images and image enhancement. Exclusive software controls the camera functions, image capture and image enhancement. Image enhancement enables annotation, use of filters. Live preview of images. Allows selection of user-defined, default settings and templates.
