Wheaton® Unispense® Peristaltic Pump Liquid Dispensers, Microprocessor Controlled
The Wheaton UniSpense® microprocessor controlled dispenser with standard pump head is an alternative to hand pipetting. This peristaltic pump fills bottles, vials and other containers. For automatic operation, a variable delay of 0.5 to 60 seconds can be set between doses. The single speed peristaltic pump can dispense liquids ranging in viscosity from aqueous solutions to medium syrups with accuracy to ±1% at mid-range. Records the number of doses to form a ready reference. An audible signal at the end of the filling cycle eliminates the need for visual monitoring. Delivery Range: Up to 5000mL. UniSpense® microprocessor controlled dispensers with standard pump head are furnished complete with 3mm and 6mm silicone tubing assemblies.
The UniSpense® PRO is a dual speed, dedicated dispensing pump designed to accommodate single or multiple filling applications. It is an intelligent peristaltic pump for all of your dispensing needs. Whether you are making sterile liquid transfers to and from containers or filling vials or titer plates these pumps will simplify and accelerate your laboratory throughput. The system is operated via a large 5-Inch backlit LCD screen and chemical resistant keypad. The pumps also features a small footprint and an angled polarized display perfect for use under a fume hood or biological safety cabinet. The UniSpense® PRO can be specifically outfitted and programmed for your specific lab dispensing process. These programs can be saved and recalled at a later time for quick application turnaround. The pump supports tubing with different specifications.
