This Centipede® module unit is a compact 2in (51mm) PID-autotuned temperature controller. It provides a temperature controller for each heater in a system, allowing the network of up to 40 zones using CAT5 communication cable. BriskHeat® SDC benchtop digital temperature controllers are available with either °C or °F digital display and feature a factory installed Type-J or Type-K thermocouple sensor. The BriskHeat® TP0 portable time percentage temperature controller has a portable, plug-and-play design with an adjustable time percentage control that is made for indoor general purpose applications. Time percentage control varies the proportion (length) of time the heater is in the 'on' or 'off' heating mode. The heating application will determine the actual percentage set-point required. This controller does not use a temperature sensor and therefore satisfactory operation requires occasional supervision under changing load conditions.
