Wheaton® R2P™ Roller Culture Apparatus with All-Position Drive

The Wheaton® R2P™ Roller Culture Apparatus is engineered for development and growth of cell culture from research to production quantities without having to change equipment and revalidate your protocol. The apparatus accepts glass or plastic roller bottles from 112mm to 121mm in diameter and up to 550mm in length. Furnished complete with all-position drive system, large digital display and keypad for user-friendly control, programmable soft start and stop with fixed or reversible rotation direction, 10-memory programmable settings and built-in monitoring with visual and audible alarms. Each deck holds up to five bottles. The roller apparatus offers the ability to start with as few as one deck (5 positions for bottles) and add up to 10 decks for a total of 55 bottle positions.

The Modular R2P™ Roller Culture Apparatus systems feature a larger spacing between the decks than the standard R2P™ systems for inserting and removing roller bottles more easily without disturbing cells adhering to bottle walls.

Additional expansion decks WHE-W348886 and WHE-W348888 are factory-installed and must be ordered with standard R2P™ or modular R2P™ systems. Expansion decks WHE-W348887 and WHE-W348889 are available for field installation. Both standard and modular apparatus systems are furnished without roller bottles which are available separately.
