Millipore® Amicon® Ultra-15 Centrifugal Filter Concentrators

Millipore Amicon® Ultra-15 centrifugal filter concentrators provide highly reproducible protein assay purification results without denaturing the sample, losing enzymatic activity or binding functions. These centrifugal concentrator filters allow for concentration without compromising yields -- even if your sample is labile or low in abundance. Concentrators feature a regenerated cellulose membrane which provides fast, gentle sample concentration, desalting and fractioning of your proteins and buffer exchanges. Centrifugal filters provide high retentate recovery of greater than 90% with a heat-sealed membrane which minimizes downstream extractables. Concentration factors range between 80 to 100X.
