Millipore® Centricon® Plus-70 Centrifugal Filter Concentrator

Millipore's Centricon® Plus-70 centrifugal filter is a disposable, single-use device designed for rapid clarification and purification processing of aqueous biological solutions in volumes ranging from 15 to 70mL. These centrifugal filtering concentrators are compatible with swing-bucket centrifuge rotors only. The Centricon® Plus-70 concentration filtering device can concentrate most 70mL solutions down to 35?L in 15 to 40 minutes. Samples can be centrifuged up to a maximum of 3,500 x g until the desired concentration is achieved. More or less time may be required depending on solute type and the sample concentration needed.
