Wall thickness is controlled to provide balance between thermal expansion and mechanical strength for greater shock resistance. The 500mL round bottom boiling flask is designed to ASTM E-1403. Adapters can be used to connect flask with different size joints, thus allowing numerous combinations for diverse assemblies. Reusable. Material: Borosilicate Glass Code 7740.
