Nalgene® Erlenmeyer Flasks with Screw Cap, Polycarbonate

Nalgene® polycarbonate Erlenmeyer flask with polypropylene screw cap closures are used in preparation and storage of culture media and many culturing techniques. Plastic Erlenmeyer flasks are much safer than glass flasks when used shakers or any other general laboratory purpose because they are shatterproof. Erlenmeyer screw cap closure is linerless and noncontaminating. Flask and closure are autoclavable but polycarbonate shows some loss of mechanical strength after repeated autoclaving.
