The Corning AxyPrep™ Multisource Total RNA Maxiprep kit is designed to produce 2mg of highly purified total RNA from a wide array of different starting materials, without the use of proteinase or organic extractions. Starting materials may include animal tissues, plant tissue, cultured cells, bacteria, yeast, and filamentous fungi. Features rapid spin and vacuum protocols, no alcohol precipitation, and no column clogging. Provides dramatic reduction in DNA carryover, higher yields and higher purity, and highly intact total RNA suitable for all applications.
