Bi-Metal Dial Thermometers with Stem
Bi-metal dial thermometers are available in both Celcius, Fahrenheit single temperature ranges as well as dual-ranges. Bi-metal dial thermometers feature stainless steel construction with a polycarbonate lens and include stainless steel bi-metal probe stem. Typically with bi-metal dial thermometers, for correct temperature readings, the thermometer's probe stem must be immersed at least 50mm in liquids and 100mm in gases. Many bi-metal dial type thermometers also feature an external adjustment nut which allows for simple thermometer recalibration. Dial type bi-metal thermometers are also availbe with certification of Test and Calibration indicating accuracy traceable to NIST and DKD standards.
