Jessica has been a trusted member of the Capitol Scientific team for more than a decade and has built lasting relationships with customers and vendors alike. Over that time, she has developed deep expertise in navigating supply chains, particularly in the chemical and semiconductor sectors. Jessica is known for identifying alternative sources of products, anticipating challenges, and creating solutions before issues arise. Her knowledge of ethanol regulations and vendor production processes allows her to deliver solutions that are timely, reliable, and effective. Capitol Scientific trusts Jessica to manage its top-tier customers, and those who work with her gain a partner who is constantly adapting to meet their needs.

Wilson knew from a young age that he wanted a career in science. He earned a BA and an MS in Biomedical Sciences, then moved into outside sales, where his customer-focused strategy led him to consistently exceed his goals. Wilson brought that combination of scientific knowledge and sales experience to Capitol Scientific in 2021. His training allows him to understand the technical requirements behind his customers’ orders. He puts his clients’ needs first and works to get them the best pricing and fastest delivery options available. Wilson is based out of Capitol Scientific’s headquarters in Austin, Texas, and manages customer accounts across the country, with a special focus on Silicon Valley.

Taylor joined Capitol Scientific just before 2022 with a diverse background in law enforcement, hotel management, and home remodeling sales. He moved into lab supply and chemical distribution during the pandemic and discovered a passion for customer service and problem-solving in the scientific industry. Today, Taylor supports Capitol’s customers directly, through long-term trusted relationships. He has become a reliable partner to the accounts he serves. He has maintained the highest customer service standards score for one of the world’s largest MRO companies. That work taught him that consistency and accuracy are essential to keeping complex systems running smoothly. Taylor’s approachable personality and sense of humor bring a little levity to his daily role.

Tuesday earned her degree in Chemistry from Western Washington University, after which she began her scientific career as a lab technician for a global petrochemical testing, inspection, and certification company. While there, she developed a strong foundation in science and laboratory operations. Later, while with Emerald Scientific, Tuesday also discovered her passion for helping customers find solutions. Her love of sales grew alongside her love of science, leading her to support both fellow team members and customers. Tuesday helped chemists, biochemists, microbiologists, and manufacturers secure the lab supplies and chemicals needed to complete groundbreaking testing and research. A few years ago, Tuesday found a new home at Capitol Scientific, where she continues to solve problems for her customers every day.

Bob brings a passion for the physical and life sciences to the Capitol Scientific team. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and has built his career in technical sales, serving clients in the semiconductor and industrial chemical sectors. Based in North Carolina’s thriving biotechnology region, Bob follows developments in areas such as plant-based medicines, regenerative agriculture, and alternative fuels. He helps professionals find the right solutions for their research and production needs. Bob is known for active listening, thorough preparation, and a customer-focused mindset, and he builds relationships grounded in trust and mutual success. His attention to detail is a necessary skill to help meet and exceed client expectations.

Ava earned her Bachelor of Science degree, with a minor in Health and Biology, from West Chester University before entering the scientific supply industry. She made an impact quickly. In just over two years, she was named Direct Sales Representative of the Year while with another scientific distribution company, in recognition of her ability to build strong customer relationships. Her hard work at always putting the customer first helped her grow a new account into one of her top customers in less than nine months. Ava never hesitates to pick up the phone, never leaves an email unanswered, and takes pride in being available whenever her customers need her. She is based in the Philadelphia area and serves customers nationwide.

Elizabeth "Liz" Pambrun works out of Capitol Scientific’s headquarters in Austin, Texas. Though she joined the company in 2023, Liz has called Texas home after relocating from Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shawnee State University and brings a diverse background in business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Liz combines her financial acumen with strong relationship-building skills to deliver cost effective results for her customers. She communicates clearly, keeps a close eye on changing market conditions, and takes the time to understand individual customers’ needs. Those strengths make her a valuable part of the Capitol Scientific team and a dependable partner for the customers she works with.
