- Silicone-Free and low-linting microporous laminate material reduces risk of product contamination in critical areas.
- Serged & Taped Seams feature internal stitching which is over-taped to increase strength and provide added protection from liquids & particulates.

Ansell® AlphaTec® 2000 Ts PLUS microporous polyethylene coveralls are now the coveralls of choice for many pharmaceutical manufacturers around the world. These coveralls are designed to allow water vapor (perspiration) to escape from the coveralls suit, yet the coveralls will withstand saturation of liquid chemicals and filter 100% of the particulates down to 0.01um in size. These unique coveralls feature both serged and taped seams which provides an exceptional overall barrier to hazarous liquid sprays, spills and fine particulates. Proven protective barrier to low-concentration liquid chemicals as well as liquid and particulate biological hazards. The breathable fabric construction is moisture vapor permeable which helps reduce the risk of worker heat stress fatigue. Coveralls have inherent anti-static properties and are tested according to EN 1149-5 and AATCC 76. Low-linting and silicone-free. Ideal for pharmaceuticals manufacturing processes and other critical environment work areas. Tunnelled elasticated back, wrists and ankles helps to minimize the risk of linting and cross-contamination.
