Corning® 2551 Hybridization Chamber for Microassay Slides, Polycarbonate, Fits 3 x 1-Inch Microarray Slides

This non-sterile Corning® slide hybridization chamber is designed to hold microarray slides (25mm x 75mm) at constant humidity during hybridization incubations. Each hybridization chamber consists of a polycarbonate base, a replaceable O-ring that fits into the channel in the chamber base, a polycarbonate cover, and two metal retaining clips. When filled with 10µL water, the two humidification wells in the chamber base maintain optimal interior humidity. The chambers are reusable and require minimal maintenance. The watertight seal eliminates the risk of waterbath contamination. This slide chamber can be used with either constant temperature waterbaths or hybridization ovens. This hybridization chamber provides the ideal interior height and volume for use with one slide of the standard 1mm thickness and a standard coverglass. Non-Sterile. Material: Polycarbonate.
