This Corning® deluxe micro-organic kit is supplied with all the necessary PYREX® components needed to perform experiments covered in the Mayo, Pike, and Butcher text: Microscale Organic Laboratory (Published by John F. Wiley). Components come in 14/10 standard taper threaded joint sizes. A selection of conical reaction vials from 0.1 to 5.0mL capacity is included. The Craig recrystallization tube has a PTFE plug which eliminates breakage normally associated with glass plugs. All components are mounted in foam within a polyethylene case for easy storage. The overall case size is approximately 343mm x 256mm x 63mm. Material: Borosilicate glass code 7740. Components with 14/10 standard taper threaded joints.
