PD MiniTrap G-25 columns are prepacked, single-use gravity columns for desalting, buffer exchange, and sample cleanup. Flexible protocols with the ability to use gravity flow or centrifugation. One or several columns can be connected in parallel, and a purification system is not needed. With the centrifugation protocol, the samples are run in parallel in a standard centrifuge. The eluted sample will have minimal dilution. Four adapters are included in each product pack. The adapters simplify centrifugation of these protein desalting columns. The exclusion limit is approximately Mr 5000. This ensures group separation of proteins/peptides larger than Mr 5000 from smaller molecules.
