Eppendorf 4861000015 Xplorer® Electronic Pipette, Single Channel, Adjustable Volume: 0.5 to 10µL with Medium Grey Multifunction Rocker and AC Charger

The Xplorer® single-channel electronic pipettor has a medium grey color-coded multi-function rocker with a volume range of 0.5 to 10µL. The Xplorer® pipettor is a motorized and electronically controlled piston-stroke pipettor designed to aspirate and dispense liquid volumes according to the air-displacement principle. The liquid is aspirated into a pipet tip which is attached to the Xplorer® pipette. The main control element of the Xplorer® pipettor is a color-coded rocker. It has different functions during dispensing operations and in the dispensing parameter editing mode. The rocker can be pressed up to aspirate or down to dispense. Each Xplorer® pipettor has 5 different operation modes and a higher-level mode for configuration. Mode can be set using the selection dial for automatic dispensing, dispensing, pipetting, pipetting and mixing, or manual pipetting. It automatically switches to standby mode after a certain period of inactivity. The lower part of the Xplorer® pipettor is autoclavable at 121°C for 20 minutes. It operates with a rechargeable lithium polymer battery, and includes battery and charger. It has a reduced weight and perfect balance with an optimally angled pipettor head for improved ergonomics. The high resolution display offers an improved view, while the spring-loaded tip cone provides maximum tightness. Volume and speed are precisely and reproducibly adjustable. Includes charger.
