Millipore Amicon® Ultra-4 centrifugal filter units provide your lab highly reproducible protein assay purification results without denaturing the sample, losing enzymatic activity or binding functions. These centrifugal filters feature a regenerated cellulose membrane which provides fast, gentle sample concentration, desalting and fractioning of your proteins and buffer exchanges. They provide high retentate recovery of greater than 90% with a heat-sealed membrane which minimizes downstream extractables. Concentration factors range between 80 to 100X.
