This two-part fitting allows one-handed joining of quick-disconnects for many types of flexible tubing. Fits tubing with an inner diameter of 3/8 inches. Fitting has a polypropylene body acetal sleeve stainless steel spring and latches and an EPR seal. The spring-loaded valve stops fluid flow when the fitting halves are separated. Fitting provides a leakproof connection yet may still require clamps. It has a maximum working pressure of 8.2psig (120 bar) at 23°C (75°F). Fully autoclavable for sterile applications. Leakproof.
