This sterile 24oz (710mL) Whirl-Pak® Write-On bag measures 6 x 9in (15 x 23cm) and has a thickness of 3.0mil (0.076mm). It features a white, write-on strip that makes sample identification easier and more convenient. White strip is easy to write on using an ordinary ballpoint pen, pencil, or felt-tip marker. The paper-like finish virtually eliminates ink smearing, and provides a surface that will accept a variety of writing instruments. The Whirl-Pak® sample bag is made of a co-extrusion of low-density and linear low-density, virgin polyethylene composing an exceptionally clear film with superior strength with guaranteed sterility. Capacity is measured in fluid ounces when the bag is closed and tab is folded over three times. Bag should not be used at temperatures above 180°F (82°C). Bag can be frozen to any temperature, even with liquid nitrogen (careful handling required after freezing).
