Capacity is measured in fluid ounces when the bag is closed and tab is folded over three times. A felt tip marker can be used to write on the bag. Bag should not be used at temperatures above 180 degrees F (82 degrees C). Bag can be frozen to any temperature, even with liquid nitrogen (careful handling required after freezing).
