This bottle of 20 tablets of SIGMAFAST™ Protease inhibitor cocktail is for use in purification of Histidine-tagged proteins. This is a tableted formulation containing water-soluble protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of serine, cysteine, aspartic and metalloproteases. Contains 4-(2-Aminoethyl) benzenesulfonyl fluoride hydrochloride (AEBSF), Bestatin hydrochloride, Leupeptin, E-64, Aprotinin, Pepstatin A, and Phosphoramidon disodium salt. One tablet makes 100mL of coctail. One tablet is recommended for the inhibition of the proteases present in a maximum of 20g of cell mass in 100mL of extract. It is optimized and tested for use with HIS-Select media. It inhibits serine, cysteine, aspartic, and metalloproteases. Components: AEBSF, Bestatin, E-64, Pepstatin A, Phosphoramidon, and Leupeptin.
