It is chemically indistinguishable from Nonidet P-40, which is no longer commercially available. IGEPAL is a registered trademark of Rhodia Operations. Caution: may develop turbidity or sediment during storage. A clear liquid can be obtained on heating to 40°C. Grade: For Molecular Biology. Description: Nonionic. CMC: 0.08mM (20-25°C). HLB: 13.
