Important Note: See "Documents" sub-tab above for links to PDF format Technical Data Sheets which provide both Physical and Performance characteristics of TexWipe® Vectra® AlphaSorb® 10 Polyester Knit Cleanroom Wipes.

TexWipe® Vectra® AlphaSorb® 10 fabric is a thermally sealed border, two-ply, double-knit continuous filament polyester cleanroom wipe which offers ultra-high sorbency performance. This polyester cleanroom wiper provides both spill control and general cleaning optimization where contamination control and absorbency are of the highest priority. These wipes are engineered for high-sorbency use in the most crictical cleanroom environments like semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing. All four cut edges are thermally sealed, creating a wiper border which prevents particle and fiber release. These features result in the optimal combination of absorbency, cleanliness and abrasion resistance.

Features & Benefits
:
  • Double-layer (2-Ply), double-knit polyester fabric creates a super-absorbent cleanroom wiper
  • Vectra® sealed border technology provides low levels of ions, NVRs (non-volatile residues), particles and fibers for use in critical cleaning applications
  • Ideal for wiping down abrasive surfaces. Wipes will not easily snag, tear or abrade which can release particles and fibers in to the process or environment.
  • Excellent chemical resistance for compatibility with a variety of cleaning solutions
  • Meets USP <797> and USP <800> wiper requirements.
  • Fully autoclavable (dry wipes only)
  • Individually lot coded for traceability and quality control.

Applications:
  • Wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment and parts
  • Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, residues and other solutions including disinfectants
  • Cleaning with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA), ethanol, acetone, and degreasers
  • Appropriate for use with temperatures less than 400°F (205°C)
