- Gamma Irradiated Sterile by AAMI Guidelines. Single-ply wipes have the liquid holding capacity of a two-ply wipe.
- Cleanroom laundered with low levels of ions, NVRs (non-volatile residues) and particles
- Excellent chemical resistance and compatible with a variety of cleaning solvents and solutions.
- Recommended for ISO Class 3 to 8. Class 1 to 100,000

TexWipe® Textra™ 10 wipes are thick polyester knit cleanroom wipes with sealed borders. These single-ply wipes have the liquid holding capacity of a two-ply wipe. Textra™ polyester cleanroom wipes combine high absorbency with great abrasion resistance making it an ideal all-purpose wiper for the critical environment. These wipes can also be autoclaved for sterile or aseptic applications.

These wipes can also be autoclaved for sterile or aseptic applications.

- Manufactured with a single layer of polyester fabric - equivalent to a two-ply absorbent capacity creating a high absorbency wiper ideal for spill control, cleaning and solution application.
- Cleanroom laundered and packaged, providing low levels of ions, NVRs (non-volatile residues) and particles
- Ideal for wiping down abrasive surfaces. Wipes will not easily snag, tear or abrade which can release particles and fibers in to the process or environment.
- Excellent chemical resistance for compatibility with a variety of cleaning solutions
- Meets USP <797> and USP <800> cleanroom wiper requirements
- Fully autoclavable (dry wipes only)
- Individually lot coded for traceability and quality control.
Applications:
- Wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment and parts
- Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, residues and other solutions including disinfectants
- Lining trays for holding, protecting, drying and storing of parts, equipment and devices
- Cleaning with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA), ethanol, acetone, and degreasers
- Appropriate for use with temperatures less than 400°F (205°C)
