The Whatman™ Hepa-Cap™ 75 in-line venting filter features glass filter media strengthened by dual lamination with a tough polyester monofilament. Retains 99.97% of all particles = 0.3 µm in air inside a durable polypropylene housing. High flow rates with low pressure drops across filter media ensuring clean air passing in and out of vessels. Suitable for particulate removal from air and gases and a prefilter for suction or to serve gas inline filters. Repeatedly autoclavable at 121° C for 20 minutes (132° C max) and available in a variety of end-fitting configurations. Manufactured in clean room facilities under ISO Quality Systems. Repeatedly autoclavable at 121° C for 20 minutes (132° C max) for assured sterility. Each filter allows bi-directional flow. Depth filter design allows for high loading capacity. Prevents bacterial algal or fungal contamination in fermentors or incubators. Ideal for tissue culture applications. Max Pressure: 60 psi (4.1 Bar) - Capsule. Biosafety: Pass USP Class VI.
