BriskHeat® HM Lower Hemispherical Heating Mantles

The BriskHeat® HM lower hemispherical heating mantle is ideal for use with a basket ring stand. Heating mantle applies uniform heat to round-bottom flasks with a low-watt density utilizing a knitted and braided heating element with a multi-stranded resistance wire for increased durability and flexibility. Features a pre-molded fiberglass liner with wool and ceramic insulation, covered by a fiberglass cloth outer shell. Useful for temperatures up to 842°F (450°C). Includes a 3-inch lead wire with a NEMA L1-15R connector and a 4-foot adaptor cord with a NEMA 1-15 power plug. Requires temperature controller (sold separately).
