The Heidolph VISCO JET® overhead stirrer impellor shaft reduces your process times significantly while providing superior mixing results for any mixing task from low to high viscosity. The impellor shaft creates a turbulent flow motion by a patented cone principle even at low speeds which is unique to the VISCO JET® impeller. Even with high-viscosity media and gels which naturally do not mix well with ordinary impellers, these impellers create immediate flow throughout the entire mixing beaker. This impeller mixing technology allows for de-gassing of gels while preventing air intake and foaming. Applications include: Beverage production, dairy products, food, sugar and candy manufacturing, petrochemical analysis, ceramics, water treatment testing, cosmetics, paint and paper manufacturing.
