Wheaton® 47mm Glass Vacuum Filter Holders with Rubber Stopper Connection
This complete vacuum filter holder assembly is designed to handle up to 1000mL of liquid for analysis of particulate or microbiological contamination. Filter holder assemblies include a PTFE faced graduated funnel, an anodized aluminum clamp and a number 8 silicone stopper. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating prevents the filter from adhering to the ground glass surfaces. Glass components manufactured from Wheaton-33® low extractable borosilicate glass that conforms to USP Type I and ASTM E 438 Type I, Class A requirements. Flask has a number 2 hose connection for ¼-inch (6mm) I.D. tubing. Recommended for autoclaving with the filter in place. Choose from models with either a fritted glass suport base, PTFE-faced fritted glass support base or a stainless steel mesh support base.
