Axygen® AxySpin™ Mini Columns with Caps for DNA Purification, Corning®

This AxySpin™ mini column has an internal volume of approximately 1.5mL and is designed for small-scale purifications using 1.5mL or 2mL microfuge tubes. This column features a snap-off tab at the bottom and a top cap which allow this column to be pre-filled with wet resin slurries. The AxySpin™ Mini column is available either unfritted or pre-fritted. Frits are also available separately. Standard frit material is 1.5mm thick hydrophobic polyethylene with a pore size of 20µm.
