TexWipe® CleanFoam® Series-B Foam Cleanroom Swabs

TexWipe® CleanFoam® Series B Foam Tip Swabs are used for a wide variety of industrial applications, from general assembly to cleanrooms. They are ideal for use with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol. These foam tipped cleanroom swabs are made from 100ppi open-cell polyurethane foam which is thermally sealed eliminating the need for adhesives in the manufacturing process. Very low in both NVRs (non-volatile residue) and particle generation. Good chemical resistance, excellent sorbency cleanroom foam swab. Green polypropylene swab shafts are also non-particulating and cleanroom compatible.

Applications:

• Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives and other solutions in a critical cleanroom environment.
• Scrubbing recessed areas and removal of excess materials or debris.
• Cleaning intersecting surfaces and joints.
• Cleaning with solvents and compatible chemical cleaning solutions.
• Picking up and removal of fine powders and particulates.
• Appropriate for use with temperatures less than 350°F
