TexWipe® Autoclave Cleanroom Labels

TexWipe® autoclavable labels are manufactured with Teslin® material which is designed for laser printer label printing and also be used with most other convetional inks. These labels are also designed to prevent any removal of written data during the autoclaving and sterilizaton process. These cleanroom labels have a matte finish on the top with a permanent, acrylic-based adhesive backing.

TexWipe's Steam Sterilization Chemical Indicator Label is designed and engineered for easy, accurate record keeping of materials subject to the steam sterilization process.TexWipe's use of the unique label substrate Teslin® material prevents removal of written data by the steam sterilization process. The TexWipe® adhesive used for these labels is pressure-sensitive and fully autoclavable. The label adhesive also allows the label to be easily removed after the autoclave process and then re-applied to a tracking form for permanent record keeping.

Meets AAMI ST60 and ISO 11140-1
The TexWipe® Steam Sterilization Chemical Indicator Label meets the performance specifications outlined in AAMI ST60 and ISO 11140-1 "Sterlization of Healthcare Products - Chemical Indicators - Part 1: General Requirements", Section 6 for Class 1 Process Indicators.
