UVP® White Light / UV Transilluminators
The UVP® white light / UV transilluminator houses white light and UV working areas side by side for multiple applications. Design supplies increased performance and efficiency. Product enhancements include a new electronic ballast and cutting-edge construction. White light can be used for viewing coomassie blue stained gels, Silver stained protein gels, autoradiographs and microtiter plates. The UV side can be used for viewing Ethidium Bromide and other stained gels. Easily switch to the light sources with the rocker switch on the front of the unit. Each UV and white light surface area measures 20 x 20cm. Hinged, clear UV blocking cover included with transilluminator is height adjustable for access to the filter surface.
