Nalgene® Vented Caps for Disposable Culture Flasks

Nalgene® vented closure provides sterile gas exchange for shaker and suspension cell culture. The hydrophobic 0.2µm polytetraflourethylene (PTFE) membrane allows sterile air exchange without unscrewing the closure and is heat welded into place for effective sealing. The closure is made of blue HDPE for easy identification. Use with Nalgene® sterile disposable flasks. Material: blue HDPE closure with a PTFE membrane. Available in either 38-430 or 45-430 GPI thread finish to accommodate all culture flask sizes requiring filtered ventilation.
