Ansell® AlphaTec® 2300 COMFORT Hazmat Coveralls, Type-5 & 6

Ansell® AlphaTec® 2300 COMFORT hazmat coveralls have been engineered with workers involved in composites manufacturing and related industries in mind to offer protection where you need it most and added ventilation to help reduce the risk of heat stress. The critical areas in the front of these coveralls (including the hood, front torso, arms and legs) are made from Ansell® AlphaTec® 2300 fabric which provides an excellent barrier to resins, fibers and many other hazards associated with composites manufacturing. The construction of this fabric ensures that there's no risk of delamination and subsequent contamination of the composite should the wearer make contact with a tacky surface. The back panel of the coveralls is made from Ansell® AlphaTec® 68-1500 PLUS fabric which is air and water vapor permeable yet provides an excellent barrier to fibers and particulates. This back panel allows airflow around the suit, which increases wearer comfort. Air permeability result according to EN ISO 9237 of 160 L/m2·s. Bound seams throughout the coverall construction provide superior strength and an added liquid and particulate barrier. The 3-piece attached hood is elasticated which ensures a good fit with both half-and full-face respirators. Anti-Static: Tested according to EN 1149-5 and AATCC 76.
