BriskHeat® SRL5 Flexible Silicone Heater Blankets for Composite Heat Curing, Round

The BriskHeat® SRL5 composite curing silicone heater blanket is round in shape and has a heating element that is laminated between two layers of reinforced silicone rubber, 20 mil thick with a density of 22oz/Square Yard. The multi-stranded heating element is uniformly placed to maximize heat distribution. It is moisture, chemical, and radiation resistant with a smooth surface against repair. Strain relief is built through the entire edge of the blanket for increased durability. These silicone heater blankets are extremely flexible with a bend radius of 3-inches making them ideal for leading or trailing edges. It has a maximum exposure temperature of 450°F (232°C). The power density is 5watts/sq in (0.008watts/sq m). Furnished with a 6-foot power cord with a standard ACR® 3 Hot Bonder compatible power plug (NEMA L14-30). Designed for metal bonding. Can be used on horizontal surfaces, vertical surfaces, and on moderately contoured surfaces without removing the damaged section. Requires temperature controller (sold separately). Two-year warranty.
