The rectangular-shaped BriskHeat® SRV composite heat curing silicone heater blanket has a heating element that is laminated between two layers of 66mil thick non-reinforced silicone rubber with a density of 66oz/Square Yard. The multi-stranded heating element is uniformly placed to maximize heat distribution. It is moisture, chemical, and radiation resistant with a smooth surface against repair. Strain relief is built through the entire edge of the blanket for increased durability. silicone heater blanket is moderately flexible with a bend radius of 1/4-Inch.

Vacuum ports built into blanket eliminates the need for vacuum bagging materials. Maximum exposure temperature of 450°F (232°C). The power density is 5watts/sq in (0.008watts/sq m). Furnished complete with a 6-foot power cord with a standard ACR® 3 Hot Bonder compatible plug (NEMA L14-30). Requires temperature controller (sold separately). Two-year warranty.
