Millipore® Millex® HPF Syringe Filters with Graduated Glass Fiber Prefilter

The Millex® HPF LCR syringe filter includes both a graduated glass fiber prefilter (10.0 to 0.7µm) to remove larger particles and a smaller pore size membrane filter for fine filtration. This combination of media provides two to four times greater throughput than standard syringe filters without prefiltration media, especially when filtering particle-laden solutions. Manufactured with a low-extractables polyethylene housing. A variety of membrane filter types are available for your laboratory's specific application. Non-sterile.

• Millex® HPF LCR syringe filters include a Millipore LCR hydrophilic PTFE membrane which is compatible with all commonly used HPLC solvents. Syringe filters can also be used to filter aqueous fluids without prior wetting

• Millex® HPF GN & HN syringe filters include a Millipore hydrophilic nylon membrane which is designed for clarifying aqueous and mild organic solutions with high particulate levels

• Millex® HPF HV syringe filters include a Millipore hydrophilic Durapore® PVDF membrane which is designed for clarifying proteinaceous solutions with high particulate levels
